D-LMS: DOUBLE LASER MICROSCOPE STATION
The Double Laser Microscope Station is a microscope allowing to focus and scan two laser spots from single-mode lasers such as PDM+ series modules and to move them independently through the field of the objective.
The optical and mechanical features are similar to the Single Laser Microscope Station with high transmission and extremely small spot size (down to 1µm). They also have the possibility to scan with high resolution either for spots in the field of the objective or the microscope itself in XYZ directions above the sample.
The station integrates a high resolution IR vision in order to see the path of the chip and the laser spots at the same time through the silicon on the back side.
Main features:
→ Number of spots: 2
→ Adapted for single-mode PDM+ lasers at 976 or 1064nm
→ Minimum spot size: ~1µm
→ High transmission: >70%
→ High spatial resolution: <100nm
→ High resolution IR vision
→ Marble arch for high stability
→ Software and DLL's included
Options:
→ CE certified safety laser enclosure
→ Device for a third spot from the side with a bare fiber
→ Rotation and tilt stage for the sample
→ Bespoke dimensions
